Insanity workout Calendar and Schedule

One of the must-have things that everyone should possess when doing workouts at home is a schedule. It is important as having a trainer right by your side. He will tell you what to do each day. Insanity Workout calendar is not different. Post it on the wall or open it from your computer every day to remind you what exercises you should do today. Below you will find a detailed schedule for the whole 60 days Insanity Workout program.

The schedule contains one training per day, six days a week and one rest day. As the rest day is the last one you can start the program on Monday and get rest on Sunday but if you like to rest another day you can move the schedule forward. Here’s how the program looks like:
